How do I get started?
Contact us and we will assist you in transmitting a test file to us via our On Line Passport. We will then create sample documents for your approval and send them to you. The entire process takes no more than one week.

What are your billing terms?
Terms for payment are net 15 days.

Do you offer customer support?
Yes! We offer immediate customer support during our normal business hours from 8:00AM to 6:30PM Eastern Time and after hours service until 9:30PM Eastern Time.

What is DataMail?
DataMail is our powerful, custom built software designed to seamlessly connect with virtually any practice management system. Through DataMail you can process any statement, invoice, collection letter or other document with just a keystroke.

What are my hardware requirements to connect with DataMail?
You must have a computer and either a modem or access to the internet. You will also need communication software such as Kermit, ProCom, PCAnywhere or HyperTerminal.

How do I transmit a file to Data Media?
Save your file to be transmitted, zip it and use our On Line Passport to upload your file. You may use any protocol to transmit to Data Media.

How will you confirm my transmission?
Within 20 minutes or less, you will be able to see on your monitor via our On Line Passport, that we have received your file as well as specifics about it including the size of it, the total dollar amount billed and other pertinent information. You will also approve the printing and mailing of your file electronically via our On Line Passport.

Can I have special messages on my documents?
Yes! With the use of our On Line Passport you can put any message on any particular document or the same or different messages on all of your documents.

What happens if I send a duplicate file?
If the file is not embedded in another file, we will detect that it is a duplicate and advise you of such.

What if there is a change of address I’m unaware of?
Our Address Forwarding Service will forward mail to any moved to address registered by the U.S. Post Office. DataMail will then electronically notify you of the new address. Our state of the art mailing and address correction software is CASS certified.
